Online psychotherapy services for clients struggling with alcohol use. I am based in Ontario and provide sessions fully online, accessible to clients across Ontario and Northern Ontario.

With specialized training in Addictions from Mount Royal University and several years of experience as an Addictions Counsellor and Clinical Therapist for online clients, I bring both expertise and compassion to support people navigating challenges with drinking.

I am also the developer and facilitator of an online training program for helping professionals called "Supporting Clients Who Drink Beyond the Recommended Limits," offered through Question of Care / Peterborough Drug Strategy.
