Karyn is currently training in Nutritional Psychology through a series of specialized courses. This training explores how food choices, nutrient balance and eating patterns influence emotional health and overall well-being.
Once complete, she will be able to offer personalized nutritional coaching and planning as part of her virtual practice. These online services will support your mental health goals by helping you understand the connection between nutrition and mood. Clients across Northern Ontario and throughout Ontario will be able to access this additional support through secure online counselling sessions.
